Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped with Auspost from Mount Isa, being a remote Qld country town orders can take a little longer than usual and with the covid restrictions it can add extra time to shipping, the Express post option is recommended for fastest possible shipping, but it can still be a few days depending on Auspost. All items that are in-stock will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order when possible, back-order items will be shipped once they are in-stock within 2 business days also.

Once your order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to you with the tracking number that can be checked on the auspost website.

As a result of some parcels being misplaced by Auspost the decision has been made to increase postage costs by 10% across orders and intern offer our own postage insurance which is replacement of order (if in stock) or a refund if your order goes missing. Previously there was the option to add extra cover or not and in most cases it was not selected and when things went missing in good faith orders were replaced free of charge. On the flip side adding the extra cover via Auspost can add 100% extra to the shipping cost and the rate of orders going missing being very low it seems pointless to charge everyone extra cover and Auspost make more money.  

When adding multiple items to an order with how the app sizes each item the postage can be wrong so if you feel the post is higher then normal send a msg and we can double check. Sometimes a lot of small items can fit with a larger item like a intake but the way its all added up the cubic size could be a lot larger and the price increases.
